Class Garment: Elastic Waist Pants w/Pockets
Class Description: In this class you will learn the basics of sewing in a way that most other beginner classes will not cover. You will complete a fitting pair of pants, with pockets and elastic waist. In the first class we will teach you basic measurements, understanding patterns, layout & fabrics. Over the next three classes you will complete your first garment.

Class Garment: Scrub Top
Class Description: In the first class we will reinforce all lessons learned in Beginners One and prepare for a new garment. All while continuing to learn the basics of sewing, by creating a scrub top. You will learn top-stitching, pockets and necklines. You will complete a fitting garment; that will be ready to wear. Class Garment: Skirt w/ Waist Band and Kick Split.
Class Description: Let’s make a skirt…do you have a special shape and need to learn how to make a skirt that fits, this is the class for you. We will have fun while learning waist bands, zippers, button holes, darts and hemming.

Class Garment: Blouse
Class Description: This is the next level of sewing that will have you making a new garment for your wardrobe. After this class you will have learned collars, cuffs, top stitching and button holes.

Class Garment: Shoulder Strap Dress w/ Zipper
Class Description: In this fun and motivating class, you will learn techniques for fitting, darts, linings, zippers, closures and hems. This will allow you to complete a finished little black dress and move on to the next garment in your wardrobe.

Class Garment: Men's Tailored Pants
Class Description: Okay, find a male test subject and get ready. In this class you will learn basic tailoring techniques such as waist bands, zippers, pockets, closures and hems. And then take home a finished pair of men’s tailored pants.

Class Garment: Open (Create your own garment)
Class Description: Over the 12 hour of this class, you can learn what you need to draft a pattern and construct a designed garment, for your own wardrobe or your new fashion line. This class requires strong sewing skills and a understanding of your sewing machines full function.

Class Description: In this class we will show you how to use your sewing machine in a more proficient manor. You will sew using all functions and attachments with your machine, and learn some new techniques. Also we will demonstrate how to maintain (not service or repair) a proper working machine

In this 2 hour class you will learn how to use your serger for more than you think it can do. Techniques such as applying elastic, lace, beads and more. How to use your serger for hemming, rolled hems and gathering. Setting tensions for different fabrics and threads.

Class Description: In this class we will show you how to use your embroidery machine in a more proficient manor. You will embroider using all functions with your machine, and learn some new techniques. Also we will demonstrate how to maintain (not service or repair) a proper working machine.

Class Description: Learn the alterations needed to enhance your wardrobe. We will teach you how to alter dresses, skirts, pants, shirts, coats and more. You bring the garments to class that you need altered and we will do them together.

In this one hour private class, you are open to learning anything you like that is sewing related (not covered by any other class). You may also, schedule multiple hour if needed.

This 2 class (2 hrs. each ) workshop (3 to 4 student group) will use the Sunshine Crossbody Pouch from Bagstock Designs. You will learn basic bag construction, boxed corners, and zipper installation. You will also learn how to make your own crossbody strap. This is considered a beginner bag class and can be taken as a prerequisite for our more advanced bag courses. Pattern is included, other materials, tools and machine required.
