This 15 min. appointment will give your a quick solution to your sewing machine problem. One of our technicians will virtually meet with you and then walk you through the process of resetting your machine. NOTE: some solutions may not be achieved virtually and may require you to bring the machine into our shop or schedule a in-home/shop call. If a in-home/shop call is needed, the cost of this virtual meeting will be deducted from service call charges.
