1. Pamoja Co Sewing Services is NOT responsible for any garment left over 30 days after completion.
2. Pamoja Co Sewing Services will NOT release any order with out full and final payment
3. Pamoja Co Sewing Services requires signature for third-party pick up.
4. Pamoja Co Sewing Services is required to notify client of all additional charges added to any and all open orders.
5. Client will be charged for all additional materials needed to complete order.
6. Client is required to pay for any work done up to time of order cancellation.

1. All services require deposit at time of order date. Cost of materials must be paid at time of order date. 
2. Any materials sourced and ordered by P.C.S.S. are required to be paid in advance of ordering.
3. Final order payments and shipping fees are required at time of pick-up or before shipping.
4. Transaction fees may apply to online, electronic or card payments.
5. Checks may not be excepted for final payments. 
6. Any payment schedule agreed to by client and P.C.S.S. that is NOT adhere to, may alter the completion and/or delivery date of order.

 Student may be required to purchase sewing items before the start of class. You will have a phone consultation with the instructor one week prior to the start date. All students must have a working sewing machine, as the instructor will not provide one for class or homework. All classes are one on one or small group of no more than four. Host student is required to provide proper space (6 feet of social distancing between students in all directions) for cutting fabrics and\or patterns, as well as space for the operation of your sewing machines. Instructor may give student homework that is needed to complete course on time or to complete project. Any homework given to student that is not completed by the start of next class may result in the student not completing project. Student may contact instructor via phone with any questions at any time. Instructor will reply to voice messages from student within 24 hour (not to include Sundays or Holidays), instructor may also contact student via phone if necessary. At any time classes may be canceled by student. A full refund will be given only if canceled one week before start date. If student cancels classes (for private) within the one week period, a $20.00 cancellation fee will apply. Any classes canceled during course will be subject to a 100% of class total charge cancellation charge. All attempts to meet student needs of rescheduling will be made. Any refund will not include any moneys owed for cancellation fee or any other services provide by Pamoja Co. or any affiliates as part of a special offer. In the event of host student not meeting the number of students required for group class one week before scheduled start date. Pamoja Co may reschedule or cancel said sewing class. At any time student may request the rescheduling (for private) of remaining classes if needed. Pamoja Co. will reschedule classes based on calendar availability. Student must pay full sewing course cost prior to scheduled start date. Payment installment will be set up by Pamoja Co. at time of registration. Any installment not paid on time may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of further class.  

Sewing classes in development will be subject to all sewing class/company policies, terms and conditions once available to attend.

 This free custom made shirt with any customs made men’s pants order, is for one men’s custom made shirt free of labor charge. Costs of all materials for this tailored shirt are the responsibility of client. Normal charge for this shirt cannot exceed cost of tailored pant made as part of this offer. This shirt is to be tailored for the same client as that of pants order, and is not transferable to any other client or person. This offer (#FTC10) cannot be combined with any other offer.

 25% off sewing machine servicing and 1-on-1 training class. Fees for this class are set by Pamoja Co. and are required to be paid by student at time of sign up. This is a one-time only offer, available to current student of Pamoja Co. Sewing Services. This offer can only be redeemed for the training and servicing of domestic sewing machines only. Any additional parts or repair needed to said sewing machine will be at an additional charge to student. Any and all additional charges must be paid at time of training class. Pamoja Co. is not responsible for the voiding of any part of machines factory or dealers warranties incurred by the servicing provided by Pamoja Co. 

 This is a one-time alteration special via email for new clients only. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer provided by Pamoja Co. or any of its affiliates. New clients will receive a flat rate of $10.00 for any one alteration, to any one garment of any fabric. If in the event that this alteration has a standard charge of $10.00 or less, client will receive a second alteration of the same or less for free. Offer does not include the cost of any and all material needed for repair and/or alteration to new clients garment. Items repair or altered under this offer must be a wearable garment and not to include any accessory. 

 This offer for sewing tune-ups applies to domestic non-electronic sewing machines only. The tune-up will consist of the cleaning, oiling and adjusting of all machine setting. Any repair needs to the machine will be at an additional charge. A technician will contact you in advance to discuss machine needs. If any parts are needs to tune-up or repair your machine, cost of part will be added to service charge without notification, only if cost of part is less than $5.00. Any needed part over $5.00 will not be installed without approval from machine owner. Any part that can be repair and reinstalled in the machine will be done only if technician feels confident that the repaired part will perform properly and will not damage your machine. This offer does not apply to sergers, blind hemmers, embroidery or any other machine that is not a basic domestic sewing machine. This offer or any part of this offer does not include pick-up and\or delivery of your machine, and is the sole responsibility of the student or owner. This offer or any part of this offer does not include machine training or sewing education. This offer can't be combined with any other offer from Pamoja Co. or any affiliate. Pamoja Co. reserves the right to deny servicing of any machine, based on prier technical knowledge of said machine. Servicing under this offer will be completed within five business days and is required to be picked up within two business days of completion. Any machine under this offer may be subject to additional charges for storage (this is a in and out offer) if not picked up within seven days (not including holidays) of completion. To receive this offer for free it is necessary to sign up and pay in full for one of the following sewing classes (BC1, BC2, IC1 or IC2) provided by Pamoja Co. or one of its affiliates. If class is not paid in full when sewing machine is picked up from servicing, the charge of $24.95 must be paid in full for machine servicing and will be applied (on the date of first sewing class) to the cost of the sewing class. Rules with in this offer detail apply to this offer only and can't be combined with any other offer for sewing machine service or sewing classes. If you need to cancel the class (see sewing course & class cancellation policy) all money (not including $24.95 for machine service) paid will be refunded only if you have followed the sewing class cancellation policy. After first servicing of your machine this email offering will give you the option to have your sewing machine tuned-up every six months for the rate listed within this email. This scheduled servicing of every six months (starting the month after first servicing) is required to receive the special rate listed. If machine is not serviced based on this schedule, cost of servicing may be higher. All parts of this offer apply to a single sewing machine with the same make, model and serial number, and can't be used for multiple machines. If student acquires a new sewing machine, Pamoja Co. reserves the right to change any and all parts of this offer.
