The Sewing Instructors

Gerald Olu Williams Jr. has over 50 years of experience in various areas of the sewing industry including teaching, tailoring, factory operations and sewing machine technician support. Recognized by his peers as a Sewing Services Specialist, Mr. Williams ( also referred to as "Mr. O" or "O The Tailor") is experienced in garment construction, domestic and industrial sewing machines, embroidery and silk screening machines. He is a certified sewing machine technician with over 2,500 hours of machine repair and demo training. His approach to teaching is to make learning an enjoyable and productive experience for his students, as they tackle progressively, challenging sewing assignments. He believes that teaching his student in a way that allows them to leave with a finished wearable garment is the motivating factor that catapults eager students to the next level. Through his instruction, students learn about various aspects of sewing in a way that insures that they are able to focus on they goals. Mr. Williams enjoys and has a deep respect for the art of sewing which he loves. Mr. O also has many years of stage, runway and fashion video production experience...along with the design and production of many Stage and video music performances relating to wardrob. In his illustrious career Mr. O has both directly and indirectly been a driving force behind the manufacturing of millions of products. At the end of it al, he has vowed to keep this art form alive through his tutelage and services.

 Tori learned to sew early in life but didn’t discover her bag-making passion until 2020. She started with this bag! Through the past few years, she has made hundreds of bags, from pouches and totes to high-end custom bags for her clients.  She loves sharing her sewing knowledge and is a patient instructor.
